At Earth we use local suppliers many of whom are our students and even teachers here at Samadhi. It really is a family kitchen. We also aim to use local, very fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients where at all possible. Where we can, we support small businesses and suppliers rather than big industry. We use biodegradable take away cups and containers, as well as washable napkins. Our crockery is sourced from the carbon neutral company Ecology and we dont sell drinks in plastic containers. Good quality water is free at Earth and doesnt come in a bottle that will end up in landfill.
We serve organic fair trade coffee and supply Bonsoy Soy Milk with all our food and beverages.
We also serve a great chai which is stovetop brewed rather than coming from a packet. We also have some great healthy smoothies and specially blended health tonic herb teas on offer as well as fresh juices made to order.
